The cabin is a small operation — about 35 of us, total. Most have been here for 3+ years. We schedule respectfully, we tip pool fairly, we feed our team a real staff meal every shift, and we close one day a week so everybody has a Monday.
You'll learn from Chef Daniel, our beverage director, and a service team that takes hospitality personally. You'll be paid well for it. And you'll work in a historic Pearl Street cabin instead of a strip mall.

Dinner & brunch service. Knowledge of wine helpful, willingness to learn ours required. Steady, warm, fast on your feet. 2+ years FOH experience.
Cocktail program built around Colorado distillers. Classic technique + an interest in seasonal menu development. 3+ years bar experience.
Curate the list, train the team, taste with the reps, run our wine dinner program. Court of Master Sommeliers Level 2+ preferred.
Mornings, weekends. The cabin runs on prep — this role keeps everything moving. No formal experience required, just hustle and care.
Lead the floor team, manage scheduling, partner with our GM on private events and operations. 3+ years restaurant management.
